Prenatal Pilates

Prenatal Pilates can help you during pregnancy by increasing your overall strength, flexibility & well-being.  When you practice Pilates, you are stretching your muscles, promoting the circulation of blood and oxygen, breathing more intentionally, and focusing your attention inward. The combined effect is intended to be one that promotes a heightened state of physical and emotional well-being.

There are other benefits to prenatal Pilates which may include:

Reducing low back pain & sciatica
Reducing aches & fatigue
Reducing swelling & inflammation around your joints
Aiding in digestion
Helping prepare you physically for giving birth

In addition, participating in a group prenatal class provides a community of support from people who understand what you are experiencing.

Pilates isn't just for pregnant women!  Our Pilates classes are great for everyone.
